My Journey of Integration
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been seeking truth - not just the intellectual kind, but the kind that lives in the body, the intuition, the space between breaths. My first major awakening came at 27, when I read A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. It cracked open my understanding of ego and illusion and set me on a path of deep exploration - from raw food and Reiki to Buddhism, sweat lodges, and plant medicine - all in search of something real.
I had powerful insights and profound awakenings, but I didn’t yet know how to live them. Epiphanies alone weren’t enough. Again and again, I found myself returning to old patterns of striving, perfectionism, and burnout. Through divorce, motherhood, and exhaustion, I learned the hardest truth of all: insight without integration isn’t transformation.
Real growth requires space, practice, and presence - a willingness to meet both light and shadow. It wasn’t until I slowed down, reconnected with nature, and embraced the work of therapy, shadow work, and coaching that things began to land. That’s when I stopped striving and started becoming.
Today, as a coach, I enable clients bridge the gap between knowing and becoming -between insight and embodied change. I hold space for people to bring their wisdom forward, integrate what they’ve learned, and be fully seen in their brilliance, their messiness, and every stage of growth.
I’ve lived this work, and I bring both lived experience and formal training to my practice, including:
-
Coaching for United Nations Volunteers
-
Transformational Life Coaching Certification
-
Certifications in Reimagining Leadership and Vertical Development
-
ICEERS Integration Training (post-experience integration for expanded states of consciousness)
-
Master’s Degree in International Leadership
I am also a proud member of Nectara, the Climate Coaching Alliance, and the Vertical Development Institute - communities dedicated to conscious, systemic evolution.
This blend of personal transformation, professional rigor, and embodied presence allows me to support others in turning insight into integration - and wisdom into lasting change.
Insight is the first step.
